Rosario Magrelli, Food and Beverage Director of Dolce Miami, has extensive food & beverage operations management experience, overseeing the entire F&B program at Dolce Miami. Rosario has led many successful restaurant and bar openings including Joia Restaurant & Bar, Quattro Gastronomia Italiana, Bianca at Delano, Joia beach Club and his own restaurant Soya & Pomodoro. Rosario is a native of Naples, Italy and attended Istituto Professionale di Stato per i Servizi Alberghieri e della Ristorazione, Ippolito Cavalcanti, in Napoli, Italy. Miami has been home to Rosario since 1997.

The original Miami Herald three-star Dolce Italian opened in 2013 at The Gale South Beach. The restaurant was designed to give Miami Beach an inviting Italian Cafe culture.
